Hey Eli, Where are you launching to get into PAC. I usually launch at Bason’s in Galliano and fish the south side of the mine down around the tank battery and all the marsh cuts in that area. Just curious, always looking for new spots. Being we are operating on paddle power, I try to keep the energy usage down to a minimum. BTW, I’m the guy who bought your old 14′ Cuda for my son. He loves that boat, but he’s thinking about upgrading to the newer model. Thanks, Pete

Hey Pete, I’m glad to hear that he’s been enjoying it! When I go to PAC I’m actually launching in Pointe Aux Chenes itself. You have to drive through Bayou Blue and south Houma to get there. PAC Marina is at the end of highway 665 and it’s a great place to launch. Launching from Bason’s is good too, but launching in PAC will get you on some of the nicest water in the area fast.
I constantly spent my half an hour to read this blog’s
content everyday along with a cup of coffee.
